Vibrational Frequency: 23 Ways To Raise Your Positive Energy

THE FACT IS the same pure energy that connects our entire universe resides within you. If you can raise the vibrational frequency of that energy, then your life can become happier, more positive, and more fulfilling. I will teach you how to get started!

Ican imagine the scene. The crinkled leather chair dimpled with its human shape. The mountains of books scattered around the wooden shelves.  The sound of chalk scratching at the blackboard as an extraordinary man composes a symphony of historic calculations.

This man was Albert Einstein.

And in 1905 he sparked humanity’s curiosity when he discovered that matter and energy were interchangeable and interconnected by nature.

The fact is your physical body, energy, and vibrational frequency shares the same substance. We exist as one universal energy-body manifesting itself in various forms throughout the cosmos.

Astonishing, isn’t it?

Here’s the thing, matter can be broken down into smaller components. These smaller components transport us beyond the physical realm and into the realm where everything is pure energy. Energy relates to matter and the speed of light.

This is Einstein’s famous E = mc2 equation.

Einstein’s Theory of Relativity forms the philosophical and scientific basis of the Law of Vibration via the world of quantum physics.

The science of vibrational frequency.

All the physical matters are composed of vibration. As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about atoms this much: There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force, which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter. – Dr. Max Karl Ernst Ludwig Planck (23 April 1858 – 4 October 1947) was the originator of modern quantum theories. He won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918.

When two frequencies come together, the lower one rises to meet the higher. We call this the principle of resonance. Let’s look at an example. When a piano is tuned, a tuning fork is struck and brought close to the piano string that carries the identical musical tone. The string then raises its vibration automatically and adjusts itself to the same rate at which the fork is vibrating.

These days, scientists recognize that countless vibrations radiating at various frequencies control the molecules in your body. In 1974, Dr. Colin W.F. McClare, a biophysicist at Oxford University, discovered that the frequencies of vibrating energy are approximately 100X more efficient in sending information within a biological system than physical signals, such as hormones, neurotransmitters, and other growth factors.

Now, although most frequencies exist outside of your normal range of perception, you generally observe them as both color and sound. Seven colors exist within a rainbow and seven notes within the musical scale. For example, you can hear the color blue as the musical key of D, which vibrates at 587 Hz.

Here’s the fascinating part:

If a frequency vibrates fast enough it emits as a color of light. Therefore, if you want to convert sound to light, you would simply raise its frequency forty octaves. This results in a vibration in the trillions of cycles per second.

Thus, if a pianist could press a key far above the eighty-eight keys that exist on a piano, that key would produce light. They would produce a chord of light in the same way they create a chord of sound. The only difference is you would see those chords as colors of light because they would be traveling at the speed of light.

As you might guess, when you use the principle of resonance, you can accelerate the speed at which your molecules vibrate. When the atoms within you lose speed you create third-dimensional matter. However, when they accelerate, your consciousness reaches a higher dimension. Hence, the higher you raise your vibrational frequency, the faster you expand your consciousness and the closer to spiritual enlightenment you become.

We call this the universal Law of Vibration.

The law of vibration explained.

The thing is, when you raise your vibrational frequency you open the floodgates to abundance, happiness, and greater prosperity. You travel on the energy frequency and the vibration plane that you wish to exist on, and attract, like a magnet, all the wonders equivalent to that energetic frequency.

Everything is energy. That fruit resting in your kitchen, the tree swaying outside your window, even the computer mouse you’re using to scroll this website. When you view energy on a sub-atomic level you don’t find matter…

… instead, you discover pure energy.

The Law of Vibration states that in the universe energy is continuously moving, vibrating, and shifting into various forms— you’re no exception. These vibrations vary. If they’re low, they’re slow. If they’re high they’re vibrating fast. And just think; nothing ever stands still and nothing ever truly rests.

For instance, your diary may appear solid and lifeless sitting on your desk. However, it really consists of millions and millions of subatomic energy particles racing, popping, and bounces around. Of course, you can’t see them with your naked eye, but you don’t have to see something to believe it, right?

Getting started with vibrational frequency.

Your first major hurdle is to believe. In essence, you’re a tower of energy endlessly transmitting thought and feeling into the universe. When you have faith in your energetic structure, then you lift the fog of doubt and start to see the truth with clarity.

Let’s take magnetic force, for example. Before the invention of specialized devices, people would have labeled you clinically insane if you told them that a force exists between two magnetic bodies making them attract or repel one another.


Because they couldn’t see the interaction with their own eyes. Today, we accept this information as fact. We don’t question it. I sense the day will come when humanity as a whole accepts that our thoughts, actions, and surroundings emit a vibrational frequency that can both hurt or help our evolution.

Vibrational frequency, energy, and manifestation.

In 1910, Wallace D. Wattles wrote a fantastic book called “The Science of Getting Rich”. He speaks of a thinking stuff that forms all things:

“Everything you see on earth is made from one original substance, out of which all things proceed. It is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the inter-spaces of the universe. A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought. Man can form things in his thought, and, by impressing his thought upon formless substance, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.”

Here’s the thing, an intricate universal web of energy connects everyone on earth through various frequencies of vibration. In addition to that, every one of us has a distinctive aura that vibrates at its own unique vibrational frequency. Simply put humans and animals alike radiate the great energy that created the cosmos. At the most fundamental level we interconnect intricately and divinely.

And here’s some great news for you:

when you alter your vibrational frequency, you directly affect your physical world. Hence, when you’re having a bad day and everything goes wrong you think, what is happening today? Is the whole world looney tunes? The answer is no, it’s not; it’s your vibrational frequency in a horrible state.

Now, as you know your vibrational frequency affects your reality. The various mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual states that you experience are simply different levels of vibrating energy and frequency. As a result, thoughts, and feelings of fear, hatred, envy, anger, grief, and despair vibrate at a slow and low frequency, while thoughts and feelings of love, happiness, joy, and gratitude vibrate faster and higher.

Over and above that, if you fill your life with negativity, eat rubbish food, and indulge in alcohol or drugs, then your energetic field turns cloudy, murky, and jammed. Your vibrational frequency is the magnet that attracts your experiences. And that’s why you’re responsible for how you choose to exist on this earth, what you choose to experience, and how you choose to evolve and grow in your life.

You may have tried to raise the vibration of your mind, body, and spirit at various times in your life. If you had strong results – great. B you may not be exactly where you want to be.

I don’t want you to blame external circumstances. Instead, I want you to find yourself, increase your understanding of the world around you, connect with people on a deeper level, and live a life of happiness, prosperity, love, and evolution.

For that reason, I wrote 23 ways I personally used to raise my vibrational frequency. If you use the Law of Vibration deliberately, you can accelerate the speed at which the molecules in your body vibrate and raise your energy frequency and vibration substantially.

Can you imagine how great that feels?

23. Practice self-love to fuel your energetic transformation.

Your positive energy vibrations depend on the waves of love. But it’s not just the love you give others. It’s also the love you give yourself. I know it’s hard at times. Especially if you made mistakes, bad decisions, or missed opportunities in your past. Nonetheless, hating on yourself is a bad habit that you need to replace quickly.

With repetition, compassion, and empathy you’ll love yourself once again. Life can throw you a curve ball when you least expect it. If you make a wrong move, keep calm, composed, and bet on yourself to win.

When times get tough, become your own best friend.

Over and above that, you must stay patient with yourself. Your mistakes are opportunities to learn and grow from where you are to where you want to be, in regards to vibrational frequency. At the end of the day, your life lessons help accelerate your development and evolution, so embrace each and every one of them.

Everyone has a past. Yes, you made some bad choices with unfavorable consequences. I understand that because I have, too. However, remember that every day is a brand new day, a new life. Overnight your 24 hours replenish like magic. You are lucky in that sense. The opportunity to change your patterns, clean your karma, and raise your positive vibrational energy begins when you rise every morning. That’s a privilege you can’t afford to abuse.

Love, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness can heal you from the inside out. Observe and improve yourself. Be kind to yourself. Tell yourself how beautiful you are; that you’re a winner; that you make amazing decisions; that you deserve success and abundance; and that you may fail or lose at times, but you will never lose your lessons.

22. Remember your spiritual roots to raise your perception.

Surprisingly enough, it’s easy to forget that you’re a spiritual being when the world around us promotes material living continuously. In truth, you’re a spiritual being having a human experience. Your vibrational frequency can take a blow when you overlook the fact that you’re multidimensional.

Remember that you reside in more than just your physical body, much more. A vast network of energy runs in and around you at all times. It acts as the gateway into your highest states of consciousness.

In any case, I suggest you remind yourself daily that you’re a spiritual being on a journey of growth, transformation, and evolution. When you repeat this affirmation, do it with clarity, purpose, and faith to make it stick in your mind.

21. Aquire knowledge to accelerate your energetic evolution.

The time you spend learning, reading, writing, and discovering, raises your vibration substantially. You become aware of the truth within this planet and the suffering that goes on. However, you do not focus on the terrible things surrounding you. Instead, you focus on who you want to become. Because you know, you must be the change you want to see in the world.

On top of that, you realize that humanity’s outer environment can only change if each person, individually, accepts responsibility for raising their vibrational frequency and accelerating their evolution. When you transform your thoughts, actions, and intentions, your vibrational frequency rises, in turn affecting humanity as a whole, the entire planet, and the entire universe.

20. Soften your energy to release creativity and harmony.

Your energy can harden when you surround yourself with aggressive, forceful, and destructive actions, thoughts, and beliefs. Instead, you should center your focus on your own inner peace and conflicting beliefs, which sometimes cause disharmony in your life. Your focus should direct towards the good things. Things like music, art, and literature, which encourage creative thought.

On another note, people may ask you for guidance because they sense your soft, harmonious, and positive vibration. In these times, you should share your perspective and lessons with them. However, never preach or try to control what others think without their consent. Not only will you never get through to them, but also you lose their respect. People need to experience and learn about life at their pace, based on their free will, beliefs, and behaviors.

In time, the universe directs them towards a life-changing epiphany, teaches them a profound lesson, and alters their vibration energy forever.

19. Take responsibility to become proactive and pursue remarkable new adventures.

You have the gift of life and everything that occurs within that life is your responsibility. The Law of Vibration states that you’re a multidimensional and vibrating entity. Therefore, aspects of yourself exist in the past, present and future continuum of your energy and vibration fields.

Multiple conscious states make up your human form. They include your conscious, unconscious, subconscious, and superconscious energies. These energies create your experiences. The vibrational energy in this moment creates your entire life experience right now. You have a choice as to the direction you want to take it.

In order to keep your past from affecting your present and future, you need to take responsibility for your life and energy today. Through meditation and openness to self-correction, you can transform your destructive behavioral patterns and increase your positive vibrational frequency.

The truth is if you want to be happy, then you must create that feeling within yourself. No external factor can create it for you. I suggest you don’t discuss the changes you want to make within your life. Instead, make a firm decision to take control today and proceed with real and positive action immediately.

18. Project your true self to live an authentic and fulfilling life.

There are times when I projected an image that didn’t reflect my true self. I learned the error of my way and changed it. I’d like you to do the same.

Your mask must come off. Your true self should vibrate bright, free, and unrestricted. This way, you can live an authentic life that touches the very essence of your true nature. You have nothing to keep secret or to hide. You must become open, honest, and live from your heart.

Your choices are your own. Others manipulation should never deter you from your true path. You shouldn’t be discouraged by what others think, feel, or say. When you adopt this mindset, your vibrational frequency rises above your comfort zone, as your spirit gains essential experience and wisdom.

17. Accept your interconnection with the universe to expand your consciousness.

You’re part of an enormous energetic ecosystem on earth and beyond. Matter, constantly vibrating in various forms, is linked directly to you. The air you breathe, the water you drink, the dirt you stand on, the trees you plant, the animals you feed, the sun that heats you—it all exist as one living consciousness that supports and sustains life on this extraordinary planet.

You’re a divine part of this sacred matrix of energy. With everything that you take, you’re expected to give back equally. This is how our world works, as does the universe. Life is sustainable this way. If you don’t recognize your place in this ecosystem, then you take more and more without giving back and become greedy. This draws negative vibrational energies within your energy field and causes an imbalance.

Energy seeks balance. Your life is sacred, but so is all other life. Remember this and you’ll expand your consciousness and vibration. You must appreciate that every day you’re alive is sacred. Every breath supports your life. Every meal is nourishment to your body. And it all contains vibrating energy at various levels.

16. Perceive the diversity of creation to appreciate all things.

Creation is diverse. When you understand that no two things are alike, your appreciation for all things heightens. You recognize that no two things fit in one basket. You should always respect another soul, honor it, and respect its free will to act in a way that supplements its own evolution.

You must be tolerant of the diversity on earth and beyond. Your evolution should be at the forefront of your endeavors, and your free will, time, and energy should direct towards relationships and activities that resonate with your own energetic frequency desires, not others.

15. Strengthen your thoughts and emotions to transcend limitation.

You’re a being of vibrating energy. That’s why you must direct that energy to where you want it go, not where you don’t want it to go. People tell me what they don’t want all the time, but I rarely hear what someone truly wants.

You’re powerful. When you understand the power your feelings, emotions, thoughts, and words possess, you’ll evolve exponentially and attain a life equivalent to your wildest dreams. But make no mistake; it only happens if you take control of those elements within you. The energy of everything affects you in one way or another. The energy within music, television programs, and other people affects your vibration, health, and well-being.

If you constantly repeat angry, fearful, and jealous thoughts towards yourself and others, then you create negative vibrational energy, which manifests as negative experiences, developments, and consequences. On the other hand, if your energetic force directs towards positive aspects of your life, then you draw greater energy and manifest that which you hold dearest in your heart.

Remember also, that thought towards others creates energetic cords. If your chords include love, kindness, and positivity, then that’s great. However, if they’re negative they’ll drain your energy incredibly fast.

14. Bypass the need for perfection to thrive freely.

Perfection is a perception and perception is flawed. The idea of perfection should disappear. Perfection should never be the result you expect from yourself.

The path to a higher vibrational frequency is not linear. You will make mistakes, miss essential spiritual lessons, and hit roadblocks along the way because you’re not perfect. Not me, not you, not anything, and that’s totally okay.

13. Appreciate beauty to remember the miracle of life.

The busyness of your current affairs can stop you from appreciating beauty. Well, the good thing is that beauty is all around you. All you need to do is step back and take a moment to appreciate, admire, and absorb it.

Whether you notice the leaves of a tree rustling after a gentle wind or the twinkling stars glued to the black canvas of the night sky, beauty exists everywhere. You only need to remember to appreciate it again.

The stresses of everyday life can drain you. You easily forget that a world and universe much bigger than what’s directly in front of you does exist. In the big scheme of things, you only experience your human form for a brief moment; it’s vital that you appreciate the miracle of life and beauty whenever you can.

Next time you’re overwhelmed and preoccupied with yourself, stop and take the time to notice the beauty around you. Embrace it, breathe in deeply, close your eyes, and really feel it. Allow yourself to become absorbed in the moment of appreciation. Do this every day and you’ll feel the energy that drives your positive vibrational frequency racing through your veins.

12. Keep a daily gratitude diary to practice thankfulness.

This is one of the most important points. Because when you put together a list of what you’re grateful for, it swings your vibrational frequency into a higher state. When your focus turns to gratitude, then you identify what is already abundant in your life and you become thankful.

Being thankful raises your vibration and I can see why so many public figures, such as Oprah Winfrey, keep a daily gratitude diary themselves. Personally, I keep a small diary where I document five things that I’m grateful for every day.

At the beginning, you may find this exercise difficult. In fact, you might only find a couple of things to be grateful for. But trust me; if you stick to it you’ll uncover so many things that you truly appreciate. It will change the way you see your life forever. It certainly did for me.

11. Meditate daily to clear your mental chaos.

Meditation is a state in which your mind removes worry, desire, and thought. The only thing left behind is your consciousness. When you achieve a meditative state, you halt the ever-present and continuous mental activities that lead to stress and restlessness in your life.

You don’t need to meditate for an hour straightaway, just 10 minutes a day is enough to notice a positive change in your vibrational frequency. The best part of meditation is that you don’t have to buy any fancy gimmicks or equipment. It’s free and you can feel the benefits almost immediately.

Honestly, I can’t stress how important meditation is in raising your vibrational frequency. 10. Learn to give without expectations to elevate your vibration.

The best part about giving something to someone or doing something good for someone else, without wanting anything in return, is that it draws a very high vibration of abundance to you.

This can be very rewarding, so listen closely. I’m not telling you to go out and give away everything you have. Instead, I simply want you to change your thinking from “I don’t have enough” to “I have more than enough to give others without wanting anything in return.”

You always have something to give. It may be a service, some help moving apartments, or even a simple hug. The universe has a way of rewarding those that give, rather than those that hold onto everything like a Scrooge.

9. Avoid gossip and negativity to free up positive energy.

If you find yourself gossiping, complaining, and being negative, then I suggest you stop now. This attitude brings your positive vibrational frequency right down.

Eleanor Roosevelt once said:

Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.

I‘d say you want to be a greater mind. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be reading this blog post today. Therefore, next time someone approaches you with the intention of bringing negative conversation into your life, let him or her know that you’re not interested in this type conversation.

It may seem rude at the time, but it’s for your own happiness.

8. Adopt an active lifestyle to trigger positive biochemistry.

In order to raise your vibrational frequency, you need to adopt an active lifestyle, because it triggers the positive biochemistry in your body that leads a happy and abundant life. If you choose not to keep your blood pumping through exercise, then your vibration energy stops moving freely and abundantly.

There’s no need to train at an Olympic level and you don’t even need to join the gym.  Simply taking a walk outside to get some fresh air is enough to get your energy frequency and vibration flowing. So, find an activity that you love and do it often. Before you know it, you’ll be vibrating at a higher frequency and glowing with wonderful positivity.

7. Make a commitment to yourself to take control of your life.

Your past does not dictate the choices and decisions you make today. You can choose to be a victim of circumstance, the past, family upbringing, trauma, or anything else that makes you feel sorry for yourself and your misfortunes. On the other hand, you can choose to make choices and decisions that alter your path in life and raise your vibration.

If you always feel sorry for and victimize yourself, then you close your eyes to great opportunities that might arise. We call this “total responsibility.” In other words, you’re responsible for how you feel at any given moment. A blessing that puts you back in control of your life.

6. Breath deep to relax and reinvigorate your nervous system.

Diaphragmatic breathing allows you to find a calm vibration, which raises your vibrational frequency as a whole. If you learn how to do it, it can have a direct effect on your entire nervous system, sending you into a constantly calm and tranquil state.

Diaphragmatic breathing is a skill. It’s something you learn with practice. Ultimately, you want to make a habit of breathing large amounts of oxygen through your diaphragm and into your vital organs, instead of breathing shallow breaths from your upper chest.

It takes a bit of work, but it’s worth the rise in vibration energy.

5. Face your fears to awaken remarkable new possibilities.

The thing you’re most afraid of is what you most need to face. When you choose to face your fears and live outside of your comfort zone, then you’re free to uncover new and greater possibilities and opportunities.

What’s more, you open your mind to eustress, a type of positive stress that’s linked to greater states of vibrational frequency. From today, view the choices you have in a new light.

Every choice has a comfort zone direction (based on fear and stress) and an uncomfort zone direction (based on facing fear and eustress). Choose the uncomfort zone direction and watch your life and energy transform in wonderful new ways.

4. Surround yourself with positive people to vitalize your spirit.

Below are the memorable words of Peter Voogd:

If you hang around five confident people, you will be the sixth. If you hang around five intelligent people, you will be the sixth. If you hang around five millionaires, you will be the sixth. If you hang around five idiots, you will be the sixth. If you hang around five broke people, you will be the sixth. It’s inevitable.

The reason it’s inevitable is that your vibration raises or drops according to the strongest energy frequency in your proximity. If the frequency of someone is higher than yours, then your vibrational frequency goes up. If it’s lower, then your vibrational frequency goes down.

Because of this, I suggest you surround yourself with people that pull you up. You deserve to be there. You deserve to actively think, evolve, and push your boundaries further than they’ve ever been before.

3. Slow down to assess life and your desired direction.

Time has a tendency of speeding up in our own minds. This state of acceleration lowers vibrational frequency as your mind becomes a vortex of thought. A critical task is always just an arm’s length away, and you always have somewhere to go or someone to see. But trust me, you need to stop for a second and take the time to access your life.

Your thoughts can become murky, and this affects your vibrational frequency. Deep breaths and some peace and quiet can give you time to contemplate your thoughts and process your feelings, emotions, and direction in life.

Undoubtedly, your life is hectic and I realize that. I just don’t want you to bury important feelings deep in your soul and lock them up. This is especially true if those feelings are negative, non-spiritual, or if they’ll result in an argument at some point.

Your feelings and emotions never go away. They build up inside you, fester until you lose clarity, and may cause you to explode emotionally and spiritually, resulting in your vibrational frequency tumbling downhill.

2. Remember that proximity to positive people will empower you.

Every person in your life has the potential to either pull your vibration into a positive frequency or push you into a negative frequency. As you know, you do have a choice as to whom you spend your time with. Sadly, the people we love the most can often cause us the most pain and suffering. Therefore, we must choose to follow our heart, and make a decision for our own wellbeing. We must decide whether these people hurt or help our growth, then we must act according to our best interests.

Proximity is power. The closer you get to people of a powerful vibrational frequency, the more chance you have of rising to meet their pulsating and rich energy. You can choose to surround yourself and spend your precious time with only high vibration, positive friends, mentors, and work colleagues. And, if you can’t get close to positive people in person, then read their books, watch their videos, and put photos of them on your wall. You have no reason to surround yourself with negativity because nobody has the right to steal your thunder, nobody can.

And last but not least, if you choose to establish values, principles, and mindsets that encourage you to thrive and flourish, then you will always choose never to let others decisions impact your happiness and positive vibrational frequency. If a lesson must be learned from a situation—you learn it, then you cut the ties to the negative people that bring you down.

1. Laugh to bring instant joy, even if you find it difficult.

Laughter, as you know, is an energetic activity (and extremely contagious.) It can raise your heart rate and lead to an increase in frequency. I know, however, that you may feel sad and unhappy at times, which makes smiling and laughter difficult. But I found that if I warm up my facial muscles and start with a forced smile for a few minutes, then a big, hearty laugh becomes much easier.

You don’t need to laugh at anything in particular. Just laugh for the sake of laughing. Another added bonus of laughter—it can lower pain and stress levels. The best part is it’s free. And with so many potential health benefits and no negative side effects, you really should give it because you have nothing to lose.

To help you out, I’ll show you the process I follow to get my laugh on. First, I make wide facial gestures with my mouth by going ewwwww… eeeeee… ewwwww… eeeeee… Then, I open my mouth wide and motion the cheek muscles around, kind of like a camel. When I warmed the muscles up, I hold a BIG smile for 60 seconds. I have a break for 30 seconds and then repeat. I do this three times. When I’m done, I start laughing. I laugh for about three minutes. At the end, I feel pretty darn good.


I use these 23 ways to increase my own positive vibrational frequency. When you’re conscious of your vibrations you can sense when they’re high or low. Furthermore, you can identify what causes the fluctuations you experience on a day-to-fay basis.

The Law of Vibration is very real. Your energy frequency and vibration directly relate to your thoughts and surroundings. Not only that but also this frequency rises or drops according to the frequency of the things around you. If something resonates at a stronger energetic frequency than you do, that level of frequency pulls you in like a black hole.

For that reason, surround yourself with what you want in life, fill your mind with positivity and purpose, send love to all those around you, and live every day with good intentions.

As a start point, I suggest you meditate and keep a gratitude list daily. When you feel the positive effects of these vibration frequency boosters, you can move on to the something new.   1. I would like to agree with the author here. In addition I think the most important thing you can do is reconnect with nature and the spirits of the univers. All things that have life emit this frequency. The only place to get away from all the negative frequencies is to go into the mountains alone without your phone for as long as you are able and just be still and be quiet. This resets my mind and fills my soul with renewed energy without fail. It is what we are all missing!! Go to the mountains there you will find the missing pieces of your hearts….

We value each others openness because that’s how we discover new ways to keep moving forward. We build on each others ideas to grow and evolve together. No one is ridiculous. We are one family unit moving towards a common goal. You are not a regular joe… nobody on this earth is. Focus on the points that WILL grow your frequency because each of us is at a different stage in our personal evolution. Remember that we must support one another if we are to accelerate our evolution together.

        1. I think the important point is to reconnect with nature. I feel it is very important as well. You don’t necessarily have to “go to the mountains.” Perhaps that’s just one of many ideas: you can walk through a Forrest, visit a park, go fishing or what ever appeals to you…

        2. Although Rebecca’s reply is quite curt, it resonated with my frequency to hear someone speak without a fear of not conforming. Challenging Renee’s opinion rather than attacking her personally would have been more constructive. However, having a higher frequency makes one more sensitive to BS, so on that level I concur with Rebecca. On another you mentioned not letting negative people or their opinions affect your energy, if necessary getting away from them, on this level I again concur with Rebecca, you do not need to live in the mountains. I equally resent being told ‘what I’m missing, or what I need’ in the same way as Renee or you might resent Rebecca calling them ridiculous. I value Rebecca’s direct sentiment more than some waffle about mountains and needs.

          1. With much love and respect, I see that Rebecca challenged and quite frankly, attacked Renee for suggesting that we all go live in the mountains. This was unnecessary, as Renee suggested “going into” the mountains, and not “going to live in” the mountains. Certainly, these are very different concepts. Just as certainly, we can all benefit from spending some time in nature, regardless of where we live. Let us perceive and act from our highest selves, and only give and receive positive energy. When I’m able to hit the pitch spot on, I actually feel a strong vibration in my middle ear and sinus cavities. I’ve always experienced a sense of serenity at the ocean. I try to go there every day.   3. Great guidance. But not everyone can go to mountains. And what if one lives in housing projects… how do you change your surroundings on a fixed income? I need to know so please help??? I want to excel from here but my lack of finances and its a catch 22 type of cycle… how do I break it?

    1. Angie, it’s not all about your surroundings. Your surroundings don’t define you. It’s the principles you adopt, the mindset you choose to live by, and a proactive approach to finding your higher vibration. Most of these points have nothing to do with your surroundings. You just need to pick one vibrational frequency booster and get started. In regards to your finances, that’s simply a matter of knowledge. Read up on personal finance and wrap your head around the main ideas. Classic books such as “The Richest Man In Babylon” and “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” are a good start. Even Ramit Sethi’s “I Will Teach You To Be Rich” could work for you. Let me know how you go.

  5. I agree completely with this! It’s very insightful. I struggle with finding my purpose in life. I think my problem is that my focus is always on what I can do to make money and sustain myself in this capitalistic society. I’m always worrying about my future and my past failures and never appreciating the present and the accomplishments that I’ve made in my life. I want so bad to find purpose and meaning in my struggles but always end up feeling drained of energy and my will to be happy. I see others around me prospering and become sad because I still have yet to find my niche in life. Could someone please lend me some advice. At times I feel very down and know my vibrational energy is low. Will these steps help guide me to my purpose and direction in life? Someone please help!

    1. Andy, it can be hard not to compare yourself to others in this capitalistic society. I struggle with that, too. But I do believe that if you focus on what you don’t have, you will always have less than you want. It’s the law of attraction; focus on all the good things you do have, and more will come to you. Another thing you can do is volunteer to help people who are disadvantaged — disabled, the elderly, the poor. It will remind you that for every person who is prospering around you, there are many more who aren’t. It just puts things into perspective. Finally, I don’t know how old you are, but I’m almost 60 and I’ve spent a lot of time wondering what my purpose is. When I was young, I thought it would dawn on me at some point, like a big revelation. What I’ve come to believe is that our purpose is simply to live our lives. Most people never discover what their “purpose” is, but when you get old, you will see that your purpose was to live your life the way you did. In other words, it may not seem glamorous, but you are right where you need to be. Pursue your dreams, enjoy your life, and try not to take it too seriously. It’s all good. 🙂

    2. Andy, Colleen has a point. Life must be lived. Furthermore, I don’t feel ones “true purpose” waits around the corner.

      Let me explain.

      When I was a teenager, I played Tennis across the world. I thought that was my purpose… to be the next Andre Agassi. I was injured and left the sport by 18. At 19, I started a clothing label with some friends. I thought that was my purpose… to be the next Louis Vuitton. A few months later, the company collapsed. At 22, I went into the restaurant industry. I thought that was new purpose… to be the biggest restaurateur in the country. Again, that didn’t work out. The point is my purpose always shifted. It wasn’t rooted to me because it was external.

      Then I decided to accelerate my evolution. I made that my life purpose. And that, my friend, is a purpose that can never be truly found. It is ever growing, moving, and shifting. You can never evolve too much. It is through self-evolution that you jumpstart the engine of life.

      Your purpose is to evolve and to leave this world better off then when you came into it. You do this by accumulating knowledge, especially in the areas that you struggle. As you advance down this path, new doors will open.

      Curiosity will push you to try new things. Eventually, you’ll find something that you love doing. This will release your creative energy. You will thrive. Creation. It gives you the sense of purpose, when evolution was your purpose all along. Not sure how to get started? Great. That means you can start anywhere. Just go out there and try new things, be curious.

      If you’ve reached a point of energetic stagnation, then think about why that is. Ask yourself: What is my problem? What is the cause of my problem? What are ALL the possible solutions? What solutions will I adopt? When will I start? Fill in the missing knowledge that holds you back. Be proactive and keep moving forward.

      Also, you mentioned money worries. That’s normal. We all have them. I agree money is important in most people’s life. But, avoid watching the young millionaires on TV. It’s not like that in most cases. Wealth accumulates slowly. It’s a matter of financial principles and knowledge. Classic books such as “The Richest Man In Babylon” and “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” are a good start. Even try Ramit Sethi’s “I Will Teach You To Be Rich.”

One of the things that keeps me on track is take count of your life activities periodically and make the decisions how to simplify life from now.   12. This is so true as 3 years ago I was so negative about my self that I was trying to take my own life and the only thing that stop me was the love I have for my family. The more you think negative thoughts the more this manifest and sucks you in. 4 months ago I could feel this happening again to a point that I thought out a loud someone help me. In a short period of time I have changed so much as I have been spirituality awakened and big life changing events are happening due to being more positive about myself. One good tip was to write to my family and friends and tell them how much I appreciate and love them being in my life and make a list of all the little things that go unnoticed and make them feel special and positive about them selves. I still have a odd day that I feel low but it’s short lived as now I push positive thoughts in. Thank you for the time you spent writing this site a I will take and use some of you tips!!

    I am a 22 year old young man from the UK and going through a troubling stage in my life where my thoughts are consumed by the worries of death and a meaningless existence. I love the theory of vibrational frequency, I love the positivity, and I love the thought of pure energy ricocheting everywhere, yet I can’t escape my atheist realm. Is this not another beautifully intricate fantasy whipped up by humans to help us live a healthy, happy existence? obviously that is good but can we really transcend, once we reach death, a formless, timeless, conscious-less existence, does any of it matter?

    I know I know, EINSTEIN, a great, developed the backbone to this, it’s scientific, but I could get to a vibrational frequency of unimaginable height walk outside and be ran over by a car, we as a planet could reach world peace and tranquility then be sucked into a black hole for our whole race to be erased…

    My point is, as wonderful as this all is, is it just another visage, no different to the bible and countless other religions and cults, to allow us to ponder towards oblivion, oblivious..?

    At the end of the day it is what it is, I must accept my fate on push on with honesty, strength and love, but my burning desire to understand everything is pulling me back, I have explored every perception a thousand times, a shivering fear of nothingness, or a gift of eternal rest, an existence with no meaning cursed by this self awareness, or an empowered embodiment of this vessel capable of so much.

    Deep down it seems I know what’s best, I should just shut up and get on with it, practicing in this art would help me of course but it almost seems I need someone else to tell me… sometimes I laugh to myself and just go “mate, you think too much” shall I just relax, push aside these thoughts and truly knuckle down to achieving what I desire within the boundaries of living?

  14. Liked this very much. I find myself in need of higher vibrations right now. I lost my friend, Karen last April. I lost my job a couple of weeks later. Now I`m helping to care for my aging and ailing dad. The doctors said he has just a few weeks left. Not worried about him, I know he`s ready, just trying to keep him comfortable. Not worried about my old job, there are better things waiting. I do miss my friend like crazy. I`m looking for a way to use these things in a positive way, for myself and all.   15. What a great article that was much needed. I will start my gratitude diary, the 5 things I am grateful for everyday, 10mins mediation and keep a vision of what I want in my life. I am in need of some higher vibrational energy and I know this….so hard to rise above my struggle, chronic pain with my neck and my career path of RE agent, total commission and not making the money is keeping me down, no matter what we all need money and being in debt sucks. I feel it is keeping me low….how do I rise above this state? Like I get raising my vibrational energy, but my life is constant stress and depressing. I can raise it, yet I wake up in pain and still behind in all my bills and needing about 10,000 to get me on track, they don’t give money to people with bad credit….paying bill by bill….how do I stay positive thru this? ….I know I need to keep looking towards my dream and passion as I know I can make a living from it and want to move to Florida, yet finances are not allowing for this….I can’t do much of anything because of lack of money and starting to feel foolish and like a loser. So that is my question….how to feel like winner when clearly I am not. Staying positive thru this is hard….like for instant i have a deal going on right now…that could actually step me out of debt…but already looking like that won’t happen….like it feels like nothing ever goes right for me….buyers made low offer and sellers are asking too much…this part is out of my hands……and once again…..I lose. Sorry to go on…but maybe you have some advice. Thank you Ari

    1. Hi Wendi, I never thought I would contribute on a site like this, I’m not even sure how I have arrived here. I am in the UK and have spent my whole life in a similar position to yours. I am now age 47 and still in there fighting. Last year I reached the point where I thought I would give up and take my own life, but just like Richard my love for my family prevented it. I feel compelled to reach out to you because I feel connected with your experience and by the way, you posted on my birthday!

      What I can say is that if I look at my life in all other aspects besides money (it is possible if you try!), I am doing fine and have a lot to be grateful for. I have a loving family, true friends, good health and a busy social life. Also I try to fill my life with new experiences because that is what I seem to crave and get excited about. Nothing expensive – I regularly go out on my pushbike to a nearby place that I may not have been to before, or at least not for a very long time, maybe a beauty spot or place of interest. We take our beautiful dog (a complete source of joy every day) for walks around a mountain or forest that we haven’t been to before. We recently had a truly uplifting experience when we unexpectedly found ourselves in a forest and the undergrowth was full of bluebells with a carpet of colour, it’s amazing how much that uplifts you. Bearing in mind that this is less than 10 miles from a large city.

      I certainly don’t have all the answers for your career but it seems to me that you care so much about getting it right you might possibly be trying too hard, and that may be transmitting to the clients, who knows. I know that there is a mountain of (free) material out there to read and watch that will help boost your skills in sales, negotiations, people skills and self management. Maybe if you try to focus your energy on those areas, the productivity will slowly but surely take care of itself.

      If nothing else, I just hope that it helps to know that someone has read your post and feels empathy with you from another part of the world :))

I had some doubts if I could be clear would be very thankful, Is it true that foods like meat or any kind of nonvegetarian lowers our vibrations and even spending more time in bars and pubs too lowers our vibrations. Even does smoking lowers our vibrations too?

    1. Well, people generally abuse substances like cigarettes and alcohol in bars, and primal urges reach an elevated state in those situations without the possibility to transmute that energy efficiently, so I wouldn’t go there, personally. In regards to animal meat, I think the way animals are treated these days is inhumane and highly traumatic to the animal itself (and the animals around it). I feel this carries a negative vibration into the meat itself, which we then consume. Also, the number of artificial chemicals that go into the animal while it’s growing, and our vegetables for that matter, will likely lower our positive vibration. I suggest you eat plant-based whole foods, if possible, and avoid animal products altogether. Also, eat organic vegetables and if you do need to cook with oil, then cook with coconut oil rather than animal fats or other cheap oils. I hope this helps, Asit.

There are many things to learn in this book/movie but to address one thing: Apparently, when animals are not treated humanely, they are stressed, and there are (negative) chemical changes in the final product.

  20. Thank you for this Ari, At first I was wondering what you were selling but when I read further it occurred to me that you really do know what you are talking about. I love the concept of a gratitude diary this helps to shift the focus from all the things that are not right to those that are. I also like the idea of a giving diary which could help remind one to give something each day. It could be something along the lines of an accounts ledger positives received and positives given out. I have given so much thought to this topic of raising vibration over the years and have come to the conclusion that it is very hard to maintain a high level of positive awareness when the body and environment are toxic. For example poor air quality, living next to a mobile phone mast, on top of a negative ley line, next to noisy neighbors etc the list is long. These toxins affect the nervous system which in turn affect the balance of energies in the brain. Some things we can fix but others are much much harder. For example body toxins can be taken care of through healthy eating regular mini fasts which give the body a chance to play catch up on cleansing chores. Rebounding assists with lymph flow etc. I discovered that full spectrum minerals taken from the right source can also help energy levels. I used to suffer from heavy legs and chronic sluggishness until I took ionic mineral supplements. However the hardest one to deal with is the environment at least in my opinion. I agree that money issues can cause stress but a difficult environment can also cause stress. Stress affects body chemistry and brain chemistry and creativity. Once body chemistry is upset so much of the body’s energy goes into trying to establish balance that it is even more difficult to maintain a positive outlook more so for thin skinned people like myself. Anyhow to cut the story short I search for ways to “fix” the environment and the body in order to harmonise the nervous system. A strong nervous system and an environment with improved energy flow are the cornerstones of high energy thinking in my opinion especially as I don’t believe one can really run away from difficult situations as they are quite possibly life puzzles that are here to help us grow stronger and more positive providing we have the right helpers and information.   21. It’s difficult to put into words why I’m here, or what exactly it is that I’m looking for. I’ve been through some stuff. The past two years of my life have been damaging. However, thanks to what I have been through, I’ve come to a new understanding of myself and the universe. I believed that I came out the other end stronger, that all of the pain and torment was for a reason and I was experiencing what it was like to truly be some kind of phoenix. For the first time in my life, I felt something – and this is the part that’s difficult to explain – and everything began to come together. Everything made sense. It came to a head when I believe that I realized my purpose in life. For the first time in my life, I felt I had a purpose.

    And then everything crashed in spectacular fashion. I know that’s how it goes, that’s how life goes. But this, in particular, felt like everything I’d come to believe had betrayed me, that it was just some dream I deluded myself into some impossible reality. I believed that everything would be all right, despite the potential roadblock in front of me. I dared to have faith – that’s a HUGE deal for me. I was pretty proud of myself.

    And now, that feeling… that sense of something extra… is gone. I don’t know how to describe it. There was this buzzing inside, like white noise, that I’d never had before. Now, though, it’s empty and quiet inside. Like I’m cut off from everything, back to where I was before everything began, so that everything I went through to get in touch with that white noise was for nothing after all. I wanted so much to be a better person and, in the end, it didn’t matter. It wasn’t enough. It’s not that I don’t want to be a better person, still, but there’s just nothing there.

    How do I make myself believe again, I guess is what I’m looking for. I see the principles and understand the reasons, and I know it worked at least a little bit once, but I’m blank. Instead, everything is just words in my head. There’s no feeling there, no feeling behind the thoughts, no feeling to the words. I’m conscious of what I’m grateful for, but it’s just not touching me. I’m not desperate or bitter and rebelling against something that didn’t work out. I’m just… confused and a little concerned.

    I hope that it’s nothing more than the spiritual equivalent of a loud clap of thunder that’s left me temporarily deaf, and everything I built up is still there, but the emptiness I’m experiencing in the meantime is becoming daunting.

I recently watched a documentary called Inner Worlds Outer Worlds.. it was a lot about frequency and energy vibration… your article really solidifies a lot of these beliefs.   32. When I read about visiting the mountains, especially without your phone, I didn’t get the ice that she meant to move there, just visit, which is a great way to be in silence and alone. This works for her, it is not up to others to question what works for a person. I think he mentions, that to raise your vibration, to have loving kindness for others also.

  33. Well, I did just that! I went and lived in the Northern California mountains for two years- quite literally – and it was wonderful. Then I moved to the Arizona desert mountains and it is wonderful. Both times, I was reluctant/didn’t want to move there because I am a city girl, but I had to, because of circumstances. But there’s no doubt – No Doubt – that nature does wonders for your soul. Even though that wasn’t my conscious objective!

  34. Tai Chi Chih, originated and taught by Justin F Stone is a great way to move energy. It’s dubbed the elderly Tai Chi. A full routine is about 40 minutes. It’s always made me feel great after. If anyone is familiar with Pranic Healing is similar by moving out stale dead energy from our auras and replacing it with fresh clean energy. It’s good stuff.
